We offer two methods for contacting our office. If you are simply delivering samples, checking out our medication or instrument stock,we prefer that you do it at a scheduled time. Please call Lisa Ayala at (907) 261-6839 and leave a message to make an appointment to see her.  She will be available on Monday and Wednesday mornings, 8 - 11:30 a.m., to escort you through our clinic and provide you with the necessary signatures.

For new product lines or information in regard to your product, you may also contact Lisa A. in order to schedule a time to meet our providers during lunch hours. Generally we schedule lunches on Thursday and Friday, 11:30 a.m. - 12:45 p.m.
