Sales Representative Visits to Anchorage Women's Clinic

We value our Vendor Relationships, including receiving new information from companies particularly in the field of Pharmaceuticals, Patient Education and Medical Equipment and Support.

In order to better serve our patients as well as maintain these valued relationships we have developed the following protocol within our clinic.

Rep Connect:

This is our preferred method of corresponding with all of our professional vendors.  We are registered for this free online service and encourage all of our Sales Rep's to utilize this function.  To access it, go to http://www.repconnect.com/ in your Internet browser.  We respond to these inquires providing priority to those reps who utilize this function.

Pharmaceutical Reps:

We offer two methods for contacting our office.  If you are simply delivering samples, we prefer that you do so at regularly scheduled times.  Please come to our front desk and ask for Kayla.  She will be available on Monday and Wednesday mornings from 8:00am to 11:30 am to escort you through our clinic and provide you wtih the necessary signatures.

For new product lines or information in regard to your product, you may also contact Kayla in order to schedule a time to meet our providers during lunch hours.  Generally we schedule lunches on Thursday and Friday from 11:30am to 12:45pm.

Office Products and Equipment:

Most of our contracts are negotiated on an annual basis.
